At Sunday's tournament you will have the OPTION to participate in Men's Doubles and Women's Doubles. Just as Mixed Doubles are optional so will be the Men's Doubles and Women's Doubles. Because the tournament is so small, and San Diego is coming so far, they suggested that we have Mixed, Men and Women's Doubles.
Again, this is optional, we just wanted to provide advance notice so that you can plan your finances accordingly should you want to participate.

It is my view that the public address system should be used only for official tournament business by official tournament personnel during all tournaments.
I think everyone pretty much agrees with you (whoever you are) and it should be addressed at meeting.
